Cooking: Vegetarian Curry

Hello guys,

I have been willing to do this for a while and I finally got the courage to do it! :)
Say hello to the new category that will be coming online twice a month: Cooking
I cook every week and I always try to make something from a different kitchen.
I decided to take you with me on my culinary adventure - please keep in mind I'm not a cooking genius, most of the time I will make a dish I have never made before so don't be to hard on me please haha.
What do you think of the new category?
